We removed 3 walls and fitted steels and an exposed oak beam to the dining room to give this property a large open plan kitchen , dining area and snug!

The kitchen also had bi folding doors fitted to the garden.
Part of the lounge was taken to create a new hallway with w/c and the whole thing was completely rewired.
